The Bold And Sanctified Musical Play
The Bold and Sanctified Musical Play was having some difficulty coming together as a whole to put on a production. Rather than focusing on the production itself, the team needed to focus on aspects such as budgeting, coordinating times of practices, available locations to practice, and many more. HAYS helped to work on these aspects so that the team was able to focus on putting on a good show!

New Horizon Theater
The New Horizon Theater was struggling to get through the hard times that accompanied COVID-19 and quarantine. The once laughter-filled halls and vibrant stage sets went silent, until HAYS came to restore the past laughter. By optimizing processes and redirecting costs in the theater's business plan, HAYS was able to update the plan to be much more cost-effective while still allowing for spending on what the theater wants.

Bridal Shower
On a happy occasion such as a wedding, HAYS thinks that the bride does not deserved to be plagued by the stress of throwing a party that guests can enjoy. Instead, you can leave that to HAYS. After coming up with an intricate plan involving the food to be catered, the setup of the location, tabling, and many more, HAYS was able to make the bride's dream of the bridal shower come true, all while allowing the bride to enjoy herself on this special occasion.

Neighborhood Conversation Series
Discussion is always welcome. This is especially true when it comes to current events that affect yourself. HAYS was able to help organize these neighborhood conversations by reaching out to certain speakers that are involved in the topic to be discussed in the conversation, as well as raising awareness for the event.
