New Horizon Theater

The New Horizon Theater was struggling to get through the hard times that accompanied COVID-19 and quarantine. The once laughter-filled halls and vibrant stage sets went silent, until HAYS came to restore the past laughter. By optimizing processes and redirecting costs in the theater's business plan, HAYS was able to update the plan to be much more cost-effective while still allowing for spending on what the theater wants.
