Hospitality Service and Training
With a keen sensitivity and a comforting presence, HAYS offers hospitality services to clients who desire individualized attention for their special, invited, or VIP guests, both local and out of town. This includes green room set up; travel, ground, and hotel accommodations; rider agreement fulfillment, as well as onsite hosting the day of the event. HAYS also facilitates hospitality trainings to teach others the art of being present and attentive.
Administrative Support
HAYS specializes in providing executive administrative assistance to business professionals,companies, and non-profit organizations. We collaborate and develop partnerships with each organization to implement ways to streamline processes for effectiveness and efficiency. In most cases, HAYS provides direct administrative support to senior leadership.

Event Management and Coordination
HAYS offers event management services ranging from a child's superhero birthday party to a women's retreat in the mountains. With its elite team of professionals, HAYS executes the vision flawlessly so that you, the client, can focus on enjoying the event you meticulously planned.
Notary Services
As an NNA Certified Signing Agent and mobile notary public, Diana offers services to clients ranging from simple jurats and acknowledgements to processing complex closing documents, both in person and remote. Diana is bonded, insured, and has been a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries since 2000.
