Diana Lowe
I am Diana Lowe, an author and entrepreneur. I began my career as a legal secretary, where I worked assisting attorneys with their cases. From there, I transitioned into the medical space as an administrative assistant, eventually earning the title Executive Assistant to a well-known and respected research physician. It was here that I found my passion for assisting professionals and started to consider the idea of making a business around this niche.

I'm an Entrepreneur
I first gained exposure to entrepreneurship in my micro-enterprise class at YWCA. From that, I decided to put all my knowledge into action by starting Humbly At Your Service. The truth of being an entrepreneur is that there are always unexpected challenges that we need to tackle. After the prompting of a trusted friend and upon taking a micro-enterprise class at the YWCA in 2006, I started Humbly At Your Service with the goal to make a more positive impact on the businesses and people around me. Years later, I still find myself continuing in my passion to assist organizations, improve business processes, and help to streamline administrative tasks. In short, HAYS makes it happen!

How HAYS Started
From her experience, Diana formed Humbly At Your Service, LLC (HAYS) where she serves as Founder and CEO. HAYS specializes in providing executive administrative support to business professionals, companies and organizations; and event logistical management. HAYS objectively assesses the organizational infrastructure of the company, develops a strategic plan of action and implements ways to streamline processes for effectiveness and efficiency. In most instances, Diana collaborates and develops partnerships with the organization by providing direct administrative assistance and project management expertise.
Our team values cooperation, passion, and empathy. To best help our clients, our team is diverse and brings a different set of skill and perspectives to the table. The cooperation and passion that our team has both as a collective and as individuals to help others is unparalleled. Our team has been trained in the art of handling difficult situations, how to speak with vendors and/or partnering organizations, and how to be stern yet gentle when enforcing client-requested boundaries.
